Privacy Policy
This policy explains what UsageCue collects, why it is used, and how creators can access, export, or delete their data.
Data we collect
- Account data such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Creator-entered brands, deals, assets, licenses, dates, fees, and notes.
- Product events, device information, and error diagnostics.
- Billing status and transaction identifiers from payment provider.
How data is used
Data powers account access, deal workflows, renewal records, billing, support, security, exports, and product improvement. UsageCue does not sell creator data or use private deal records to train public AI models.
Processors
Planned processors include Supabase for database/auth, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Lemon Squeezy for billing, and privacy-conscious analytics/error monitoring providers.
Retention and control
Creators may export records and request account deletion. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion where required for recovery, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
UsageCue uses row-level database security, encrypted transport, scoped credentials, and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
International use
UsageCue serves global English-speaking customers. Data may be processed in countries where infrastructure providers operate.
