Refund Policy

UsageCue aims to make purchase terms clear before checkout. This draft must match final Lemon Squeezy product settings.

Monthly plan

Monthly subscriptions include a seven-day trial when started through eligible checkout. Cancel before trial ends to avoid first charge. Cancellation after payment stops future renewal and retains access through current billing period.

Lifetime plan

Founding lifetime purchases may be refunded within 14 days when request is made in good faith and account has not shown abusive or excessive use. Approved refund removes paid write access.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback fraud, or material violation of terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact support with account email and order information. Billing and tax handling will be processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
