Terms of Service

These terms govern access to UsageCue. They are a launch draft and should receive final legal review before paid public release.

Service

UsageCue provides creator-business organization tools for post-deal workflow, payments, usage rights, exports, and renewals.

Not legal, accounting, or collection advice

UsageCue records information supplied by users. It does not interpret contracts, guarantee payment, detect infringement, or replace qualified legal and financial professionals.

Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. Users may not probe other accounts, interfere with infrastructure, or upload unlawful content.

User content

Users retain ownership of their records and files. They grant UsageCue limited permission to process that content only to provide and secure the service.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime means access for the lifetime of the UsageCue product, including core purchased features and normal updates. It does not promise perpetual company operation or unlimited future high-cost services.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the product develops. UsageCue may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, failed payment, refund, or chargeback.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsageCue is not liable for lost deals, missed payments, expired rights, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from user data, third parties, or service interruption.
