A useful UGC deal tracker connects production stage, next action, delivery deadline, payment status, usage terms, expiry, and renewal. Tracking only brand name and fee hides the dates that create late work, unpaid invoices, and missed licensing extensions.

How to use it
- Delete the example row after reviewing field format.
- Add each signed deal as soon as the brand confirms.
- Keep one concrete next action and date for every active deal.
- Enter payment and usage expiry separately from delivery.
- Filter weekly for overdue payment and expiry within 30 days.
- Move to dedicated software when manual reminders stop working.
